Where do participant fields appear?

Find out where the participant fields applied on a product are displayed.

The Participant Fields refer to specific fields that can be added to capture essential information for each individual participating in an experience or activity (e.g. Allergies, Health issues).

These fields are pre-set and when applied to a product, they allow customers or back-office users to input the required information during the Checkout stage of the booking process.

Where participant field(s) are displayed

1. Within the Booking

The participants' details are visible within the Bookings section. By selecting a specific booking, the participants' information are shown under the Participants Information section.

2. Within the Guest App

The participants are also accessible through the Guest App. By selecting the relevant booking, the participants' details can be found under the My booking tab.

3. Within the Itinerary

If the Itineraries feature is enabled on your account, the participants' information will appear under the Guests section of the itineraries.
