The Dashboard is your home screen in TripLoft. It provides a high-level view of your business, upcoming work, client activity, payments, and trips, helping you stay organized and quickly access the tools you use most often.

When you log in, the Dashboard is the first page you'll see.

The Dashboard Layout

The Dashboard is organized into several sections:

  • Welcome Header

  • Quick Actions

  • Activity Widgets

  • Trips Section

  • Search

  • Dashboard Customization

Each section helps you monitor activity and take action without navigating through multiple pages.

Welcome Header

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see a personalized greeting along with the current date. This section also contains Search and the Dashboard customization options.

Activity Widgets

The Dashboard includes several widgets that give you visibility into different areas of your business.

Trips Section

The Trips section provides a quick overview of all trips in your account. Trips can be filtered by status - All, Draft, Active, Booked, Paid, Traveled, or Canceled - and the table displays each trip's Name, Agent, Trip Dates, Status, and Last Updated. Select any trip to open it, or use the search field above the list to find a specific trip.

Customize Dashboard

You can choose which widgets appear on your Dashboard. Select Customize in the top-right corner to open Dashboard Settings, then use the toggle beside each module to show or hide it. Available modules include At a Glance, Tasks, Form Responses, Payments Due, Calendar, and Trips.

Changes are saved automatically. You can also select Reset to restore the default dashboard layout.

Search

The Search tool helps you quickly find records and perform actions from anywhere in TripLoft. Select the search field in the top-right corner of the Dashboard to open the search window.

Search Records

Search across multiple areas of TripLoft, including Contacts, Trips, Suppliers, Forms, Tasks, Automations, and Workflows. Results appear as you type - select a result to open the corresponding record.
