What is a Check Gap Analysis report

Unlike other check reports, the Check Gap Analysis report is used to review check assignments and identify any gaps in responsibilities assigned per location.


How to run and download a Check Gap Analysis report

  1. Go to Check Gap Analysis in the reporting portal.

  2. Filter the report by locations and checks for a more tailed view, select 'Standard Layout' or 'User Listing Layout', and click Run.

    • Standard Layout: This view shows the responsibilities assigned to each check.

    • User Listing Layout: This view displays who has been assigned the check.

  3. Click Download to export the report in the Excel spreadsheet.
