Adding locations to contractors makes it easier to organise and manage them. It also lets you control who can see which contractors, so users only view the ones linked to their locations. This helps keep things clear and secure.
How to enable location attachment
Go to Organisation Settings in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Head over to the Contractors tab.
Enable the location attachment and select the desired business entities.
Click Update.
How to attach locations to contractors
Go to the Contractors section in the configure portal.
Select the contractor you want to update.
Hover over the Location tab.
Select Attach Location, choose the relevant location(s) from the list, and click Attach.
Once attached, the contractor will be visible only to users with access to those locations.
