How do I create a contractor profile
Go to Contractor in the configure portal.
Click Add Contractor.
Enter the details, including the name, type, and status.
Click Create.
How do I create contractor users
Once the contractor profile has been set up, you can create associated users.
💡TIPS
The contractor role must be created so you can add users. To set up the contractor role, check this article out: Set up the contractor role.
The contractor role grants access to the Monitor Portal only, restricting access to other areas like the Configure and Reporting Portals.
Go to the contractor profile.
Select the Users tab.
Click Add Standard Contractor User.
Complete the mandatory fields and click Create.

How does the contractor list look in the monitor portal
Go to the Contractors module in the 9-dot menu, where you can view the list of contractors you’ve created. Access to this module is controlled by role permissions to restrict who can view it.
You can also filter contractors by Types:
By clicking the cog icon, you can add a record, view contractor properties, email the contractor directly, or visit their website.
