How do I enable contractor assignment
Go to Request in the configure portal.
Edit the required request.
Scroll down to the Workflow Setting, and tick Enable Contractor Assignment.
How do I assign a contractor to a maintenance request
Go to Maintenance Request in the monitor portal.
Click the cog icon on the request needs a contractor, and then select Assign Contractor.
Select the desired contractor in the contractor list and click Assign.
The request tile will start showing the contractor.
