What are performance limits
Performance limits define the scoring bands shown in performance reports. All performance ratings range from 0 to 10 and are categorised into green, amber, or red bands. If no custom limits are set, system defaults will be applied.
How to adjust performance limits
Go to Performance Limits in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Adjust the score ranges as needed for the selected workflow.
Click Update to save your changes.
