What is Asset Register
Asset Register allows your team to view assets on the Monitor Portal, along with their associated properties. Moreover, they can complete associated workflow, view the audit history, and track the asset records.
Staff can filter the assets by location and asset group:
To generate the QR code and URL for internal access, you can click on the cog icon and select the suitable option.
Additionally, you can complete the associated workflows, such as adding a record.
How to add Asset Register to the 9-dot navigation
Go to the configure portal via 3-dot menu.
Select Roles on the left-hand side bar.
Choose the role that you want to enable the Asset Register.
Head over to the Monitor Portal tab.
Enable the Asset Register.
Save the changes.
