You can set up contractors on Logit in just a few click!
Set up a contractor role
Contractors work with your business on a temporary basis, according to the terms of their contract. Therefore, they should not have access to the configuration or reporting portals, nor should they report to anyone in the organisation.
Go to the configure portal via the 3 dots.
Select Roles in the left-hand side bar.
Click Add Role.
Select Contractor User Only.
Tick Can Access Monitor Portal if they are expected to perform tasks on your Logit. This will make a Monitor Portal tab appear, allowing you to grant them the necessary access.
Click Save.
Currently, contractors can only access the Actions, Calendars, Requests, Contractors and Asset Register modules, based on their assigned role permission.

You can only have one contractor role.
Create contractor users
You can set up either individual users or PIN users for contractors. We recommend the PIN user option, as it doesn't require you to collect and use each contractor’s email address.
Go to Users in the left-hand side bar.
Select Add Multi User to create a multi user.
Fill in the required fields, including name, role, and any other relevant information. Please ensure that the contractor role is assigned.
Click Create.
Open User Actions menu and click Add Pin User.
Once a contractor user has been created, they can be cloned to create additional users. Just simply open the User Actions and select Clone User.
