What is an Audit Export report
The Audit Export report is a fantastic report that allows you to export all audit questions, answers, and associated scores for a specific audit. This report enables you to review all answers provided within a specified date range, helping you identify which questions are most frequently failed.
How to download an Audit Export report
Go to Audit Export in the reporting portal.
Filter the report by time range, data type, audits, and locations for a more tailored view, and click Download.
Once downloaded, the Excel file contains six tabs:
Events: Provides top-level information on all audits completed.
Answers: Displays all questions and answers, along with any validation errors.
Comments: Shows any comments added to the audit, including those related to validation errors.
Answers Matrix: Presents all Q&As for all audits in a clear, organised format.
Scores Matrix / Section: Displays the scoring and average scores per section for all audits.
Scores Matrix / Question: Displays the scoring and average scores per question for all audits.
💡The 'Scores Matrix - Question' tab in the audit export allows you to identify which questions are receiving the lowest scores across all sites, helping you pinpoint areas that may require additional training or action.

You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
