To enable one-to-one messages, please follow these steps:
Go to Configuration (via the cog icon in the top right corner).
Select Organisation and head over to the Discussions tab.
Tick 'Enable One-to-One Messages' and save the change.
After that, a One to One conversation option will appear in the discussion list, allowing you to start a private conversation with the selected user.
