To add new questions to a form, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Form Library in the Configure Portal.
Locate and edit the form.
Go to the Questions section.
Find the desired section and select Add Questions.
You can then choose the suitable question type and add new questions.
💡Tips
In the Form Library, you can only preview forms and don't see the Edit button. This indicates that you don't have the required permissions to configure forms. Please contact your administrator to request access or ask them to assist you in adding new questions.
