By linking controls to action plans, organisations can make sure that safety measures are put into practice. The system will automatically create action plans from the listed controls when site managers adopt the risk assessment.
Here are the steps about how to link the action plan to a risk assessment:
Make sure the relevant action plans are created.
You can link action plans to controls and additional controls. In this example, we're going to attach the action plan to controls.
Select a control, open the 3-dot menu, and choose "Generate Actions".
Choose an appropriate action plan, set a due date, and assign it to locations. Then click Create.
💡Tip
With the "Automatic Title Generation" enabled, action titles can be generated from the controls automatically.
