This video will guide you step-by-step through the process of logging in Logit for the first time.

Set a password and log in

Single user

When you receive a confirmation email from Logit, please verify your account and set a password within 48 hours, before the link expires. If the link expires, you can request a new one to complete the verification.

Pin user

Each pin user is assigned a unique PIN by the admin, and only the admin can update the PIN.

To log into Logit, enter the multi-user email and password. You will then be navigated to the second page, where your PIN will be required.

Customise the portal settings

Make sure you're in the monitor portal. Navigate to My Profile, where you'll find your role, responsibilities, location attachments, and departments.
You can customise the settings according to your preferences.

Update notifications

Once you have logged in, you can manage notifications and enable push notification in Manage Notifications.

Make sure you're in the monitor portal. Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu, then select Manage Notifications.
Select the areas of the system that are important to send via email.
To enable push notifications, select Push Notifications and click Allow Push Notifications. The push notification option will then appear in the drop-down menu.

Search for help

If you have any questions, you can always search for help in the Help Center.

Click the Help Center to open the drop-down menu.
Select Live Chat, and a mini window will pop up.
