An audit is an on-demand or scheduled form and check that enables your team to answer a range of questions with performance scoring. Tolerance parameters are used to define the requirements for passing or failing an inspection. You can create an audit with the followed steps:
Go to Form Library and create a form. Ensure the setting Scored is turned on in the Details tab to enable the audit option.
Once created, open the drop-down menu and click Audit which allows you to turn the form into an audit.
Complete the mandatory fields, including the Name, Owner, Department, and Complete At as you want.
Add Responsibilities.
Monitor: Who will be completing the audit.
Manager: Who will be managing the audit.
Observer: Who will be overseeing the audit.
Add Scheduling.
Cycle: How often the audit needs to be completed.
Starting Date: The date when the audit scheduling begins.
Ending Date: The date when the audit scheduling ends.
Start/Finish Time: The times when the audit is open and closed.
Duration: The length of time the audit remains open.
Visible From: When the audit shows on the monitor portal.
Edit Workflow Settings.
Score Visibility: The point at which the score is shown.
Grading Mode: Whether the audit is graded in percentage or score.
Mark Missed After (Hours): The duration for which an overdue audit will remain open.
Generate Actions: The point at which actions will be generated.
Auto Close: Whether the audit should close automatically, and when.
Allow On Demand: Whether the audit can be added on demand, and who can add it.
Require Unlock Via QR Code: Whether the audit can be accessed using a QR code.
PDF Template:
Standard: A simple report that displays only the questions and answers.
Enhanced: Questions and answers are colour-coded, and issues are collected and grouped in a separate section.
Submit with Silent Actions: Whether an action plan can be generated without notification.
Allow events to be marked as not needed: Whether the audit can be manually removed.
Automatically mark as not needed if missed: Whether the missed audit will be removed automatically.
Automatically close on resolution of Actions: Whether the audit will be closed automatically once the actions are resolved.
Enable Anonymous Submission (Public Access): Whether the audit can be access by the public.
Enable Action Summary on Listing Page: Whether the action summary will be shown on the audit listing page.
Once created, you can edit the other settings as needed.
