Create Access Control and restrict visibility

You can restrict team members' visibility by applying access control

Updated over 5 months ago

You can restrict team members' visibility of the repository, news feeds, and the external links/the hub by applying Access Control. This allows you to control who can view specific documents or content, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to authorised users. You can create Access Control by following these steps:

  1. Go to the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).

  2. Go to Access Control.

  3. Click Add Access Control and name it.

  4. Once created, click Add Group and then click Add Rule to add the rules.

  5. Select the Rule Type to define the group.

Did you know...?

  • You can have a range of rules for a single control, allowing a specific audience within the stacked rules to have visibility.
