Paging can be used for forms which have lots of questions

Updated over 5 months ago

Paging can be used for forms which have lots of questions, especially audits, this makes the journey for the person completing the audit a better experience.

How do I create pages

  1. Go to the Form Library, scroll to the bottom of the Details tab, and tick Paged.

  2. Click Save (please note: once you enable this option, it can not be disabled on the same form).

  3. Paged form will have an additional tab - Pages. The first page is called Page 1 by default, you can rename this by clicking on the Edit button. To add additional pages, select Add Page, give it a name, and click Create (please note: once a page is created, unless it is an empty page, or it cannot be deleted).

  4. Once all your pages are created, you will need to assign each section of your form to the required page. To do this, go to the Questions tab, Click Edit (the pencil icon) next to the section, and select page required.
