Logit provides the option to place QR codes or active links within your guest areas, such as Hotel Rooms, Rest Rooms, and Public Activity Areas.

The QR codes and links are created directly from the Request or Record with the ability to select a public submission

When created these can be placed in a public area or accessed through a shared link or QR code

Once the form is completed by the guest, Logit will activate the automated triggers predefined, which will allow the team to be notified depending on the workflow assigned

Automated triggers can be linked directly to 3rd party systems like Slack via Zapier


Once alerted the team can access the detailed information directly on the request screen and take the appropriate action to resolve


Management can now set reports in place to schedule outstanding tasks currently unresolved from a specified date range
