How to gather guest feedback on Logit

Guests' feedback can give hotels or restaurants insights to make improvements to the services and ensure a better experience for future guests.


1. Create an Anonymous User

Before setting up a guest feedback survey, you must have an Anonymous User to allow your guests to access the feedback form as external users.

Anonymous User enables public access to certain functions, such as public forms.


2. Create a Guest Feedback Survey on Logit

1. Go to the Form Library and create a form for the survey.

2. Go to Add and turn the form into a record.

3. Complete the mandatory fields, switch on Enable Anonymous Submission (Public Access), and save.

4. Go to the top right-hand side and open QR Code/URL. Select the location and Public (Can be accessed by anyone) access mode.

5. Click Generate and select QR code. You can either print the QR code out or download the image.

When guests scan the QR code, they will be directed to the survey form.


3. Download the feedback data

1. Go to the reporting portal and open Location Records.

2. Select a time range, select the guest feedback record and locations, and click Run. Then you will see the relevant data.

3. You can open the 3-dot menu to download the report.
