What is a calendar
Logit calendars allow you to view and manage location or asset data within a calendar-based workflow.
How do I build a calendar
In the configure portal, head over to Calendars that can be found under the Forms&Workflows section.
Select the blue Add Calendar button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Give your calendar a name.
Choose the owner (e.g. organisation).
Select the department (e.g. maintenance).
Choose where it will be completed.
Assign responsibilities - manager & observer.
Hit Create.
Head over to the Properties tab.
Select the Attach Property button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Select your property source - (in this example, I'll be using an asset group).
Choose the section and property you wish to appear on your calendar.
Hit Attach.
Good to know
You can head over to the Progress States tab to add a progress state (e.g. awaiting contractor).
