The first step is to understand what type of report will be required, several options are available and will depend on which Workflows you use for Fire Safety Checks.
A combination of Scheduled Checks and Calendars whereby you complete a Asset Record may be required to get the relevant information you require.
Option 1
Head to the current day's checks in the monitor portal, select the date required to show the closed checks from the day selected
This will allow you to view on screen as well as export to PDF if access to the cogs icon
Option 2
This report allows you to define the
Date
Topic - select Fire Safety and click run
Alternatively pre select which checks you want to include and click run
When the information is displayed on screen click into the score to pop up the relevant checks with drill through for onscreen reference and the ability to download PDF
View score filter allows you to change the view from score to count as well as by the various status (on time, late and missed)
The download PDF will allow you to export the grouping in one file, this typically can take up to 10 minutes depending on the volume of checks selected.
Option 3
The check management allows you to access an onscreen list of all relevant checks within the date range set and status required, remember to select closed for full listing and select the topic Fire Safety. All the checks relating to Fire Safety will be displayed with a button to view that particular check if required.

Select your Record e.g Call Point Checks and click download
