What is a Check Export report
The Check Export report is ideal if you want to export all data for a particular check. For example, if you're looking to gather all the answers provided for a specific check within a certain date range.
This report is especially useful for identifying the most common tasks that are not being completed for a check. It’s also valuable for exporting all data for one check, which is helpful for fire inspection visits, EHO visits, or any situation requiring a complete record of answers provided for compliance checks.
How to download a Check Export report
Go to Check Export in the reporting portal.
Filter the report by time range, data type, checks, and locations for a more tailored view, and click Download.
Once downloaded, the Excel file contains four tabs:
Events – Provides top-level information for each completed check.
Answers – Lists all the questions and corresponding answers provided.
Comments – Includes any additional comments, such as those left in response to validation errors.
Answers Matrix – Displays all questions and answers in a different format from the Events tab.
The Answers Matrix tab in the Check Export report is a valuable resource for gathering all the data for a particular check. It’s commonly used during EHO visits or fire inspection visits, as it provides a clear record of all compliance answers. Additionally, it gives you visibility into any non-compliance issues and outlines the corrective actions taken, which are detailed in the Comments tab.
