Create Assets

Assets are the items within the organisation which workflows can collect data against

Assets in Logit can be used for a variety of purposes that require the completion of several fields to meet compliance requirements, provide necessary information, include images, or schedule dates. These assets may include:

  • Physical items, such as:

    • Fridges

    • Call points

    • Boilers

    • Etc.

  • Statutory compliance requirements, such as:

    • Electrical testing

    • Water checks

    • Fire safety

    • Risk assessments

    • Etc.

  • Contract management, such as:

    • Supplier registry

    • Expiry dates

    • Contract values

    • Agreements

    • Etc.


How do I create an asset

  1. Go to Assets in the configure portal.

  2. Select Add Asset.

  3. Select the Type.

  4. Name the asset and select the location.

  5. Assign a department and this can not be altered in the future.

  6. Set the Status Available.

  7. Click Create.

Good to know

  • You can create multiple assets by entering each asset on a new row.


How do I update the asset

  1. Edit the required asset.

  2. Select Properties and update with relevant information.
