🔔 Logbooks 🔔
Our incredible developers have been working hard to get our new module Logbooks created and ready for launch, which is now up and running and has received a lot of love from our customers!!
Logbooks are a new workflow which provide daily forms to record handover diaries, end of day summaries, revenue & cover logs, data logs, shift prep lists and much more. You are able to enter data for future days to ensure the appropriate planning is taken!
Replace all your paper-based logbooks with our fully integrated digital logbook. Accessed record any handover notes, important to-dos, follow up tasks and much more from shift to shift.
Logit Logbook makes it easy to search for log entries and documents, all communications are recorded so you’ll never worry about lost or misplaced information with the click of a button.
🔔 Discussions 🔔
We also have developed and introduced a chat tool allowing you to link your Logbook directly to a discussion chat allowing you to interact with users with access to that specific Logbook.
The discussion feature can act more like a diary in that messages can be assigned dates including future dates to warn / remind of a pending events as well as a commentary on the current day.
Did you know?
The discussions tool has the ability to add multiple lines, reply to previous messages, mark as urgent, tag users, show that you have acknowledged a message and also attach files!
OTHER NEW FEATURES
Within the audit export, there has been three new tabs added:
Answers Matrix - Provides an easier means to compare responses to the same question across audits and locations.
Scores Matrix – Section - Provides scoring comparison to the same section across audits and locations for benchmarking over time or location.
Scores Matrix – Question - Providers scoring comparison to the same question across audits and locations for benchmarking over time or location.
A new 'Question Type' Static Text has been added, this can be used to provide additional information within a section and will allow you to input additional information. This new question type is similar to the heading option however it will render out in the standard text style.
MEET THE LOGIT TEAM
MICHAEL GOROL, CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
If you haven't already met Michael Gorol, we'd like to introduce you to our new customer success manager. Michael joined triSaaS in 2023 and has become a key support team member. We recently sat down with Michael to talk about his new role and here's what he has to say.
You’ve just started a new role as Customer Success Manager. What are your responsibilities and how does it directly contribute to the customer's experience?
My main responsibilities of being a Customer Success Manager is to ensure that we provide a world class customer support service for all customers. This ranges from monitoring the live chat and responding efficiently, ensuring our training guides are up to date and informative and providing training sessions to help customers gain knowledge about our system. We strive to provide high standard training sessions where customers can manage and update Logit independently.
Are there specific challenges or rewards that stand out in your daily work?
I genuinely take great pleasure from training customers and seeing how they are able to use the training to fully utilize Logit. There are always going to be challenges when we set such high standards across the board, however, the challenges are worth it when we see that our customers are happy.
What features of our software do you personally find most powerful or innovative?
That’s a tricky one. I think the Request Module is very powerful due to its flexibility and the ability for the system to notify relevant users at different stages of the request. I also think the housekeeping boards are extremely clever, allowing for 2-way communication with a PMS (booking) system that ultimately makes a housekeeper's life that bit easier.
Do you have any tips or tricks for customers to enhance their experience with our software?
As Logit is a web-based software solution, using bookmarks will massively reduce the amount of time performing your day to day tasks on Logit.
Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or interests?
Going to the gym and running are my main two hobbies at the moment. I am currently training for my first marathon which I am really enjoying. I’m sure when I am at mile 21 during the marathon, I will not see the enjoyment in running, however. Outside of exercise I also love spending time with my family; my son Jack is 8 months old and always makes me smile and brings me happiness.
