If you have selected the relevant smartboard within the 9 dot waffle menu and you are not able to view any of the rooms within the smartboard, which I have highlighted below then the most common reason for this is due to the view filter that you have on.
a. The above view is only showing rooms that have been allocated to you, if no rooms have been allocated to you your view will be limited to reflect this.
b. You can update the view to see all rooms by clicking the filter to reflect the multi view
Another reason followed after toggle is the filter. For instance, you would not see the rooms in red or amber if you didn't tick the relevant warning options.

If you still can not view the smartboard after you have updated the view filter, please speak with your system administrator.
