What is an Asset Properties report
The Asset Properties report allows you to view the properties associated with specific assets.
The Asset Properties report can provide a list of all recorded fridge and freezer temperatures, as long as your fridges and freezers have been set up as assets within Logit.
If your refrigeration units have not been set up as assets within Logit, you can run a check export report to obtain a list of all your temperature recordings.
How to run a fridge and freezer temperature report
Go to Asset Properties in the reporting portal.
Choose 'History' in the type, which provides temperatures stored against the fridge and freezers over a selected date range.
Choose the refrigeration asset group, section, properties, location, and status.
Click Run.
Make sure you have the information in the on-screen report, then click Download.
Once downloaded, the Excel file contains two tabs:
History – This page displays the fridges and freezers, along with their minimum, maximum, and average temperatures.
Details – This will display every recorded temperature for the fridges and freezers, along with a date and time stamp for each entry.

You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
