When you’re in the Dispatch section and using the Board view, each trip has a three-dots menu with the option Remove from Board.
What happens when I remove a trip from the board?
The trip will no longer appear in the Board view
You can still access the trip in the Trips table or the Calendar view
This feature is designed to help keep your Board view clean and focused
What if I remove a trip by accident?
Go to the Trips table
Find the trip you want to add back
Click the three-dots menu and select Add to Board
The trip will reappear on your Board view
Why would I remove a trip from the board?
To reduce clutter in your Board view and focus only on active trips
Trips that are Ready for Invoicing or Already Invoiced will typically be removed automatically from the Board
This ensures your Board view highlights only the trips you are actively managing
