Exporting a Settlement as PDF
From the Settlement Overview
Navigate to Settlements from the side menu
โGo to the Draft Settlements or Paid Settlements tab
โClick on the settlement row to open it
โClick the three-dot menu (โฎ) in the top right
โSelect Export as PDF
The PDF will download to your computer with the filename format: [Driver Name]-settlement-[Start Date]-[End Date].pdf
What's Included in the PDF
Driver/Owner Operator information
Settlement period dates
Trip details with base pay breakdown
Other pay items, bonuses, and deductions
Fuel deductions (if applicable)
Total mileage
Net pay amount
Year-to-date totals
Sending a Settlement to a Driver via Email
You can email the settlement PDF directly to your driver without downloading it first.
Steps to Email a Settlement
Open the settlement you want to send
โClick the three-dot menu (โฎ)
โSelect Send to Driver (or Send to Owner Operator for owner operator settlements)
โA modal will appear with the driver's email pre-filled (if available in their profile)
โAdd or edit email recipients as needed
โClick Send
Share History
After sending a settlement, you can view when and to whom it was sent. This creates an audit trail for your records.
Exporting Settlements to CSV
For bulk reporting or integration with your accounting/payroll system, you can export paid settlements to CSV.
Steps to Export CSV
Navigate to Settlements โ Paid Settlements tab
โUse the filters to select the date range, drivers, or owner operators you want to include
โClick the Export CSV button
โThe CSV file will download with the filename: paid-settlements-[date].csv
CSV Columns Include:
Driver/Owner Operator name
Period dates (start and end)
Number of trips
Base pay
Other pay
Reimbursements
Deductions
Total pay
Total mileage
Tips
PDFs include your company logo and branding
Email sends happen immediately - the driver will receive the PDF as an attachment
CSV export respects your current filters - apply filters first to export only the settlements you need
