How To Enablement Settlements For Drivers
Go to Settings---> App Settings
Go to the Settlements tab.
In the general section, you will see two toggle fields, one to show settlements on driver app and another to add capability to display a settlement summary.
Accessing Their Settlements
Open the Truckbase mobile app
Tap the menu icon
Select Settlements
They'll see a list of settlements with:
Period dates
Number of trips included
Base pay amount
Other pay
Deductions
Net pay total
Viewing Settlement Details
They can tap on any settlement row to see the full breakdown:
Individual trip details
Pay calculations for each trip
Any bonuses, deductions, or reimbursements
Fuel deductions (if applicable)
Total net pay
Downloading Settlement PDF
Find the settlement you want to download
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮)
Select Export as PDF or Preview PDF
The PDF will download to your device
What If They Don't See Settlements?
If they don't see the Settlements option in their app:
You may not have enabled driver settlement visibility for your drivers.
