Truckbase integrates with factoring companies to streamline this process, automatically sending invoices and required documents to your factoring provider.

Factoring Options in Truckbase

Truckbase supports two types of factoring setups:

1. Integrated Factoring Companies

Direct integrations that automatically transmit invoices and documents:

  • APEX Capital

  • RTS Financial

  • Triumph Business Capital

  • eCapital

  • OTR Solutions

With integrated factoring, Truckbase:

  • Automatically sends invoice PDFs

  • Transmits rate confirmations and BOLs

  • Updates factoring status in real-time

  • Tracks which invoices have been factored

2. Other Factoring Companies (Email-Based)

For factoring companies without direct integration:

  • Manually enter company name, email, and address

  • Truckbase adds a "Notice of Assignment" to your invoices

  • You can email invoices and documents to your factoring company

Getting Started

  1. Decide which factoring company you want to use

  2. If using an integrated company, contact your factoring rep for SFTP credentials

  3. Set up your factoring configuration in Truckbase
    ​

  4. Start sending invoices to factoring
