By uploading fuel purchases to the fuel transactions section, any fuel transactions in that table can automatically be deducted from the driver's settlements.
Enable Fuel Deductions for Driver
Go to Teams Section
Go to the Teams section from the side navigation menu, then click on the Drivers tab
Locate the driver, click the three dots menu in their row, and select Edit
Adjust Settlement Info
In the edit driver modal, go to the Settlement Info section and check the box for Deduct fuel purchases on driver settlements
Automatic Fuel Deductions
Any fuel purchases made by the driver within the settlement period will automatically appear as deductions in their settlements going forward
