What is the feature?

We are enabling companies to give their users a full onboarding experience via WhatsApp. Through this channel they should be able to verify their users, using our validators suite and gather any further data they may need to create a valid account.

In a nutshell, Whatsapp is a new channel for current Truora products, that interacts seamlessly with them, as well as allow a jump from one channel to another.

What problem are we solving?

Creating digital onboarding flows takes a lot of time and tech resources. The pain-point is even greater for non-tech companies or people who are trying to acquire users through digital channels and don’t have an app.

Why is this useful?

Truora’s identity validations can now be performed and easily integrated into WhatsApp conversations, so potential users can interact with our client’s product, even before downloading their app.
