What is the feature?
All the following features can be included in the construction of your customized flows, through our flow builder:
Start Conversations:
Inbound Message: the user starts the conversation sending a message to the bot, that activates an specific flow.
Outbound Message: the bot starts the conversation by sending a message to the user. Can be personalized (eg. Hi, {Jhon}!).
Custom Questions:
Include our Identity Validators in your flows:
Phone: OTP verification through SMS.
Email: OTP verification through email.
Document: ID document validation.
Face: Through selfie or video.
Reminder Message: a message to remind the user to continue the current conversation and try to recover drop offs. This message will be send while the session of the conversations is active.
Connect Agents: this feature allows to connect the user to a CRM - human agent that will process the request and return to the original conversation (e.g. Zendesk, Hubspot).
Variables: all messages can be personalized (e.g. Thanks, {Jhon}, your code is {Truora}).
