How to create a new flow?

  1. In the menu option My flows, click the Create new flow button.

  2. Enter the flow name.

  3. Select the communication channel of the flow.

    • Whatsapp Chatbot: create your own conversation flows according to your needs and connect with your users easily, quickly and without using code.

    • Web and app: integrate validation processes into your website or app that help you verify the identity of your users.

  4. Click the Continue button.

  5. Select a template to create your chatbot and click the Continue button.

    • Blank template: start your chatbot flow from scratch, selecting the blocks you want.

    • Say hello to your first bot: create your first conversation with the Truora chatbot.

  6. Click the block with the + icon to create your first chatbot message, or drag the block you are going to use from the drop-down menu on the left.
    Add as many blocks as you need for your flow.

    Ideally, you should first define what your complete flow will look like, between frequent blocks, validator blocks, and/or advanced blocks. That way it will be much easier to create the defined flow in practice.

  7. Then click the Configuration button and set up your chatbot.

  8. Now click to Save your flow.

    • Save without publishing: save your flow so you don't lose it, but without publishing it.

    • Save and publish: save your flow and publish it.
