What is the feature?

New decline reasons with explanations about why the process is expired:

  • process_started_late: when there are 15 seconds left for a token to expire, we do a validation to check if the process started with 3 min left for the token to expire. If that happens, when the process expires this decline reason will be indicated.

  • no_media_uploaded: when the user does not upload the requested media file (any media that is not face and document) in any of the steps of the flow.

  • no_document_media_uploaded: when the user does not upload the requested ID document.

  • no_face_media_uploaded: when the user does not take the face selfie or make the video with the movements oriented in the flow.

  • no_answer_question: when the user does not answer a question through WhatsApp flow.

Providing visibility for our customer when a process expires.

Why is this useful?

Now you can track and measure expire reasons to understand why the process was not finished.
