What is the feature?

  1. Document Validation Retries;

  2. Variables in custom questions;

  3. Re-engagement messages.

What problem are we solving?

  • Users friction;

  • Impersonalization in the onboarding process;

  • User forgetting to follow the flow.

Why is this useful?

  • Document Validation Retries: you are now able to activate retries for document validation. This allows the user to upload the document picture up to 3 times, in order to have more options to pass the validation. This may increase your conversion rate.

  • Variables in custom questions: you are now able to personalize UX, using custom variables like the user name, last name, email, phone number or any information that the user typed in the flow.

  • Re-engagement messages: WhatsApp Customer Engagement now sends a reminder to the user, in order for them to complete the flow.

How to do it? How do I integrate?

These features are available when creating the Flow Builder through our web platform.
