Why is this useful?
Document Validation Retries: you are now able to activate retries for document validation. This allows the user to upload the document picture up to 3 times, in order to have more options to pass the validation. This may increase your conversion rate.
Variables in custom questions: you are now able to personalize UX, using custom variables like the user name, last name, email, phone number or any information that the user typed in the flow.
Re-engagement messages: WhatsApp Customer Engagement now sends a reminder to the user, in order for them to complete the flow.
