In the Configuration button of each flow, you can:
Set the chatbot language: English, Spanish or Portuguese.
Select the process expiration time (max. 23h59m): maximum time the user will have to finish the flow.
Enable/disable a default failure message: it is the default message that will be sent to the user when the flow fails.
Enable/disable a reengagement message: if the user does not respond after a while, a message will be sent reminding them that they have a flow in progress.
If enabled, you also need to select the time to send the reengagement message (max. 23h59m).
