Once your flow is published, you can test it. There are two ways to do this: within the flow builder or from the My flows options menu. Learn how:
Flow builder
Click Test Conversation.
Select your Chatbot phone.
Enter what the visitor will say to activate the bot.
Click Continue.
You will receive a message that the preview was generated successfully. In it will be the test link.
⚠️ This link is temporary, it will be enabled for the next 2 hours. To get a definitive link, you will need to perform an API integration. Please ask our support team for help.
You can copy the test link or click the Open Preview button.
My flows
Find your flow in the list and click the Options icon.
Select the Test Flow option.
Select your Chatbot phone.
