The ruler tool helps preparers move through line items in a document quickly.
Using the ruler
Click the ruler icon
Drag to reposition it anywhere on the screen
Removing the ruler
Click the ruler icon again to remove it from the screen.
How to change the ruler style
On PC: Hold Ctrl + click on the ruler
On Mac: Hold Control + click on the ruler
Transparent ruler (default)
Wooden ruler
