In this article we will go over how to add your signature link to Outlook

- There will be step by step instructions with screenshots included with each step.

- There will also be a video tutorial that you could follow along with as well.

Let’s get Started!

Step One:

Go to my settings in the drop down under your name and click “My settings”.

Step Two:

From here scroll to the bottom and you will have the option to select a link that says “Send files to me using this secure link” or below that you can use the button upload link option.

Step Three:

From here you will open up outlook and click “New Email”.

Step Four:

Once your new email is open up you will click “insert” then select “signature”.

Step Five:

Once you’ve reached the signature screen you will then copy and paste the link you copied earlier in my settings to the bottom of the email signature. You will also need to ensure that the signature with the link is selected for “New Messages” and “Replies/forwards”. After you’ve done all of that click save.
