Your TryNow user roles are customizable! Your Merchant Portal will come with 2 default roles: an Admin role with all permissions and a Read Only role with reduced permissions. You can change the scope of these permissions at any time, as well as create new roles with various permissions.

To view your user role types, select “Roles” under Admin in the left menu of your Merchant Portal. Here you will see a summary of your available user role types, how many users have that role, and the number of user role scopes selected.

To add a new user role, select the “Add User Role” from the top right corner. You will then be able to provide a name and description for the user role type. Review each permission and toggle the applicable permissions on/off based on your role requirements. Make sure to select “Save Role” once you’ve completed the role configuration.

You can also copy existing roles to edit/update permissions. Select the copy icon as indicated below. To view the scope/permissions for an existing role, simply select the eye icon at any time.
