How do I delete users from the TryNow Merchant Portal?

Admins can delete users to the TryNow Merchant Portal by following the below steps:

  1. Log-in to your instance of the TryNow Merchant Portal (merchant.trynow.io).

  2. Click on the “Admin” section on the left navigation bar and select "Users"

  3. Locate the user you want to remove and select the trash icon next on that row.

  4. You will be prompted to confirm your action. Select "Remove User" to proceed with removing the user. Re-enter the user's email address to enable removal of that user. Select "Cancel" to return to your user list without removing the user.
