You can navigate Pencil by using the panel on the left side of your Workspace.
At the top you will see a 'Search' icon which allows you to perform a global search across all media type - assets, templates, creatives, variations, images, videos and text.
Beneath that is shown the Workspace that you are currently in, and the option to switch to a different one, depending what you have access to
The Work section gathers creatives, variations, images, videos and text that have been generated. The Plus (+) button allows you jump straight into generating text, images, video, creatives or importing .pencil files.
Agents: Agents are a new way to collaborate with AI in Pencil - built to support creative workflows with structure, continuity, and scale. Agents are like AI colleagues or teammates - each focussed on a specific area or task
Results show you how your creatives are performing, once you’ve made them live.
Insights helps you understand which words, visuals and creative tactics are driving ad performance, so you know when to pivot and when to double down.
Brand Library is where you can upload and update your brand documents, e.g. your website URL or a brand guidelines PDF. Resources to help you build a powerful Brand Library can be found here.
Asset Library is where you can upload as many assets as possible to help the AI understand your brand. Resources to help you make best use of your Asset Library can be found here.
Template Library is where you will find all the templates you have uploaded and created.
Settings allows you to manage your Pencil account, Users, AI models, Beta features and much more.
Help and feedback gives you access to tutorials, articles and extra content. You can also ask questions to an AI helper, as well as contact our human support desk directly.
What's New gives you access to our Change Log and Release Notes, as well as visibility into our Roadmap

Search
Pencil offers advanced search functionality enabling you to search by labels and names, showing the total count of results and ensuring the page starts empty upon landing. It will display a call to action to reset filters when no results are found.
Sort & Filter
You can now also filter content based on one or many properties and you can sort by one property. Nb. Due to technical difficulties it is not possible to filter or sort by the Prediction property.

You can now upload new content from each page and easily label and rename all content - assets, templates, creatives, variations, images, text, and videos in bulk.

You can choose to view content and assets in a list format or a table format.
The table layout allows you to see a greater amount of data in each cell, while the grid layout allows you to see more rows.
You can switch easily between the Grid and Table views:
