Certain models support different editing features, meaning that if you have generated an image with a certain model that doesn't support a particular feature, it will be greyed out.

Don’t worry though, as you can apply any model to any output/editing feature that you require. Once your image is generated and you are ready to edit, simply select the model that enables you to use the editing feature that you require and use that feature.
