Registration vs. Subscription / 会員登録とサブスク開始の違い
Tsuklio has two separate steps, and many customers ask about this. Here's how it works:
Tsuklioでは以下の2つのステップが明確に分かれています。
1. Member Registration (including Waitlist) / 会員登録（WLを含む）
You create an account and enter your credit card information.
No payment is processed at this point.
You are not yet scheduled to receive any deliveries.
アカウントを作成しクレジットカード情報を登録する段階です。この時点では課金は発生しません。配送も予定されていません。
2. Subscription Start / サブスク開始
Your subscription officially begins when you are assigned a delivery week.
Payment is automatically processed on the Thursday of the week prior to delivery.
Once started, you can skip weeks (free, by Wednesday 23:59 SGT the week before) or cancel anytime without fees.
お届け週が確定した時点でサブスクが正式に開始されます。決済はお届け前週の木曜日に自動処理されます。開始後も、Skip機能（前週水曜23:59 SGTまで無料）やサブスク解約（手数料なし）をいつでも利用できます。

Log in to My Page to see whether your subscription is active and when your next delivery/payment is scheduled.
