You receive one delivery per week, and it contains about 3 days' worth of dinners — 8 items in total. "One week" describes how often we deliver, not how many days of food arrive. It is not 7 days of meals.
お届けは週に1回で、中身は約3日分の夕食（合計8品）です。「1週間」はお届けの頻度を指すもので、届くお食事の日数ではありません。7日分が届くわけではありません。
What "one week" means / 「1週間」が指すもの
A Tsuklio delivery week runs Tuesday → the following Monday. Within that week you receive one delivery, on the day and time slot you chose, and all of the dishes arrive together in that single delivery.
Tsuklioの配送週は火曜〜翌月曜です。この週の中で、お選びいただいた曜日・時間枠に1回お届けします。すべてのお料理は、この1回のお届けにまとめて入っています。
What's in one delivery / 1回のお届けの中身
Both sizes contain the same 8 items: 3 main dishes + 5 side dishes.
Family – 3 Days (SGD 211 per week) — approx. 3 kg. Designed to provide about 3 dinners for a household of 3–4.
Small Home – 3 Days (SGD 149 per week) — the same 8 items at about two-thirds the volume (approx. 2 kg). Just right for a 2-person household, or a single person covering both lunch and dinner.
どちらのサイズも中身は同じ8品（メイン3品＋サイド5品）です。
Family – 3 Days（週 SGD 211）：約3kg。3〜4人のご家庭で夕食約3回分を想定しています。
Small Home – 3 Days（週 SGD 149）：同じ8品で分量は約3分の2（約2kg）。2人のご家庭、またはお一人で昼食・夕食の両方にお使いいただく方に適しています。
Rice and other staples are not included — please prepare them separately at home.
ごはんなどの主食は含まれません。ご家庭で別途ご用意ください。
How long the meals keep / 日持ちについて
Meals arrive chilled and keep for 4 days in the fridge, including the delivery day. Many dishes can also be frozen in their original container for longer storage, so you can spread them out rather than eating everything within the first few days.
お料理は冷蔵でお届けし、お届け日を含めて冷蔵で4日日持ちします。多くの料理は容器のまま冷凍もしていただけますので、最初の数日で食べ切る必要はなく、ペースを調整いただけます。
If the delivery day or time doesn't suit you / 曜日・時間を変えたいとき
You can change your delivery date or time in My Page → Deliveries, up until Wednesday 23:59 SGT of the week before your delivery week starts. If a particular week doesn't work for you at all, you can Skip that week free of charge by the same deadline.
お届けの曜日・時間は、My Page → Deliveries から変更いただけます。締切は配送週が始まる前の週の水曜 23:59（SGT）です。その週自体がご都合に合わない場合は、同じ締切までであれば無料でスキップいただけます。
