Connecting a booking calendar is an essential step that allows you to share cleaning dates with your cleaners on Turno. There are two ways to connect booking calendars to Turno: via an API integration or via an iCal.

If you'd still like to connect your Turno account with your Airbnb calendar via iCals, read on to learn how 🙂

iCal is a universal digital calendar format that allows scheduling information to be shared across platforms. In the context of Turno, it is a URL you add to your property to sync with your listing's booking calendar, which contains the reservation information from Airbnb and other rental platforms.

Here's an example of an Airbnb iCal link (the one shown below is invalid and serves only as a visual example):

An iCal link from Airbnb will contain the words "iCal" and ".ics" on it. 📆

First, it will be necessary to be logged in to your Airbnb account. You can do it by clicking on the button below:

Go to Calendar and select the listing calendar you wish to sync on Turno.

You should be able to find your Pricing and Availability settings on the menu at the rightmost portion of the screen:

Click on Availability and scroll down to Calendar sync, then click on Airbnb calendar export:

In the Export calendar window, click on the copy button to have the URL copied to your clipboard.

And done! You've successfully exported your iCal link. 🎉

✅ Now it's time to sync it with Turno. Click on the button below to go to your properties page on Turno:

You'll be taken to the following screen, where you'll be able to create a new property on the left or add a calendar link to one of your existing properties on the right:

👉 If you wish to add your calendar to an entirely new property, click on the "New Property" button, and you will be prompted to add your property's details before adding your calendar at the end, like so:

👉 "Add Calendar" will take you to the settings page of the selected property. Navigate to the Calendars tab and select iCal/Others. Paste the link you copied on the Calendar Link field and then click on "Add New Calendar".

Congratulations, you're all set! 🤗

First, it will be necessary to be logged in to your Airbnb account. Click on the button below to be redirected to your mobile browser and log in to your account:

Then, click on the Profile icon > Manage your listing:

Navigate to Menu and click on your Listings section > Pricing and Availability:

Scroll down the Pricing and Availability tab until you see the Calendar sync section:

Then, click on Export calendar and copy the iCal link from the popup window:

And done! You've successfully exported your iCal link. 🎉

✅ Now it's time to sync it with Turno. You'll also only be able to do this on your mobile browser. Click on the button below to be taken to your properties page:

You'll be taken to the following screen, where you'll be able to create a new property or add the calendar link to one of your existing properties:

👉 If you wish to add your calendar to an entirely new property, click on the "New Property" button, and you will be prompted to add your property's details before adding your calendar at the end.

👉 Clicking "Add Calendar" after selecting a property will take you to its settings. Navigate to the Calendars tab, select iCal/Others, and paste the calendar link.

And that's it! 🎉 Congratulations, you've synced your iCal link. 😊
