Twirl Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Referral Program ("Program") offered by Twirl Technologies Ltd ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must meet the following criteria:
2.1. You must be an existing customer of the Company.
2.2. You must refer a brand ("Referred Brand") to the Company.
2.3. The Referred Brand must not have been an existing customer of the Company at any time before the referral.
2.4. The Referred Brand must not be affiliated with or a subsidiary of your own company.
3. Referral Process
3.1. To refer a Referred Brand to the Company, you must provide the Referred Brand with a referral code, which they must use when making a purchase.
3.2. The Referred Brand must make a purchase with the Company for you to be eligible for the Program.
4. Reward
4.1. For each Referred Brand that meets the eligibility criteria and makes a purchase with the Company, you will receive one (1) free video credit, which will be credited to your account by the end of the month in which the referral was made.
4.2. The maximum number of credits that you can earn through the Program is limited to 12 credits.
5. Redemption of Credits
5.1. Credits earned through the Program can be redeemed for products or services offered by the Company.
5.2. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6. Termination or Modification
The Company reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program, or these Terms, at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. The Company may also disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the Program.
7. Privacy
By participating in the Program, you consent to the Company's collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of the Program, as described in the Company's Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to interpret these Terms in its sole discretion.
