About Virtual Funds
After a client becomes a Simulated Trader, he/she will be provided with a demo account with simulated funds.
For the avoidance of any confusion, please keep in mind that a Simulated Account is a fully simulated account with real market quotes provided from trading platform providers who simulate the live market via aggregating order books from liquidity providers.
The trading data may be sent off to a partnered proprietary trading firm where trades are copied at their own discretion and proprietary trading strategies are developed using the data.
Disclaimer: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight.
