Introduction
Downloading all of the reviews on your Tydal dashboard in a single CSV file can be a helpful tool for analyzing reviews and sharing feedback with your team.

Export Reviews
Go to Reviews
Click on Actions at the top right of the page
Click Export Reviews in the dropdown
The app will take you to your account settings. Click Export Reviews
Our page will show that the download has begun and that the file will be sent to the preferred admin email shortly
Go to your inbox and search for the email with the subject Product Reviews CSV export for {{your store name}}, sent by Tydal Exports. You'll find the CSV attached
📝 Note: The export can take a few seconds or minutes depending on the file size. Check all your email folders, including Spam.
Changing the preferred email for the account
By default, Tydal uses your store email as the preferred email for sending the CSV export file. If you wish to change the email, please go to Settings > General and enter your custom email.
